How to Start Your Fitness Journey (and Actually Stick With It)

Starting a fitness journey can feel overwhelming. Where do you begin, what workouts should you do, and how do you stay motivated when life gets busy? The good news is, it doesn’t have to be complicated. By focusing on small, sustainable steps, you can build lasting habits that bring real results.

1. Define Your "Why"

Before you lace up your sneakers, take a moment to figure out why you want to start. Do you want more energy? To feel stronger? To improve your health? Having a clear purpose will keep you grounded when motivation dips.

2. Set Realistic Goals

Instead of aiming to "get fit" overnight, break your journey into manageable milestones. For example:
